Sample evaporation, drying, concentration and purification methods, commonly used are:

Evaporation is an endothermic process, in the sample water evaporation will take away the heat of the product, so as to reduce the temperature of the product itself, in order to maintain the sample properties and activity. However, in order to accelerate the evaporation rate, the equipment needs to provide the heat needed to absorb evaporation, generally through cavity heating or infrared heating, especially suitable for concentration and purification of heat-sensitive biological samples or clinical drugs.
Vacuum centrifugal concentrator provides medium speed (1500~2000r/min), the corresponding centrifugal force can prevent sample dispersion and burst boiling, can be collected by cold trap solvent reuse.
